RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Hope Grows Nursery

 

All sales are final.

 

Because live plants are perishable and conditions after delivery are outside of our control, Hope Grows Nursery does not accept returns or exchanges on any live plants, and no refunds will be issued after purchase under any circumstances. This policy applies to all plant purchases made in-store and online. 

 

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Hope Grows Nursery offers in-store pickup only for live plant orders—we do not ship. Accordingly, all orders are subject to a limited cancellation right because live goods are perishable and inventory is reserved when your order is placed.  If you place an order online and change your mind, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After that point, the order is final, non-cancelable and nonrefundable.  If you fail to pick up your order on the scheduled pickup date, Hope Grows Nursery may treat the order as abandoned and no refund or store credit will be issued. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@hopegrowsnursery.com.

If, at pickup, the order is materially different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately before leaving the premises so that we can review the issue and, at our option, provide a replacement, store credit or refund.

 

We strongly encourage all customers to ask questions before purchasing. Our staff is happy to help you select the right plant for your space, light conditions, and experience level—so you can feel confident in your choice.
